I am thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you! Silicon India has honored me as one of the Top 10 PMP Instructors in their May 2024 edition. This recognition is a significant milestone in my journey as a project management consultant and educator.

A Journey Fueled by Passion and Expertise

From the very beginning, my career has been driven by a profound enthusiasm for project management. Starting as a programmer in 1993, I navigated through various roles, including a program manager at Tech Mahindra and eventually establishing my consultancy firm in 2016. Each step has been a learning experience, enriching my understanding of industry needs and refining my approach to project management education.

Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice

One of the hallmarks of my teaching methodology is the seamless integration of theoretical knowledge with practical applications. By breaking down complex concepts into digestible modules and incorporating interactive quizzes and case studies, I strive to ensure that my students not only grasp the material but can also apply it effectively in real-world scenarios.

Breaking Barriers to Education

Accessibility and inclusivity are core principles of my training programs. Recognizing the need for project management education in regional languages, I have launched initiatives such as the “Happy Managers Renew Your PMP” program and created engaging content on my YouTube channel, “Kavita Sharma – Project Management in Hindi.” These efforts aim to make quality education more accessible and affordable for everyone.

Contributions to PMBOK

My contributions to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI), have further cemented my reputation in the field. Authoring bestsellers like “Pass PMP in 21 Days” and “Pass CAPM in 21 Days,” I have provided comprehensive yet concise guides to exam preparation, ensuring that my students have the tools they need to succeed.
